Monday-Friday • Noon
Monday & Wednesday nights • 5:30 pm
This motivating indoor cycling class is designed to offer a non-impact, high intensity, cardio workout to all participants - from beginners to advanced riders. Each class includes music, a warm up, cool-down and stretching.
Judo Club
Monday & Wednesday • 6:30-8:30 pm
Male & Female Judo Classes meet at the Fitness & Sports Center. Learn Olympic, Kodokan-style, Tournament and recreational Judo. Improve your physical fitness while learning a new sport at the same time. Beginners are welcome! For more information call the Fitness & Sports Center at 831-656-3118 or email rdriehle@nps.edu. NOTE: Participant must become a member of the United States Judo Federation, Inc. Application available at the MBAC front desk.
Group Exercise Calendar
Classes are FREE to Active Duty, Reservists, Retirees and their Family Members. DoD & NEX Employees are required to pay a small fee for group exercise classes. It can be paid on a per-class, monthly, or annual basis. Contractors and DoD Family Members are eligible for free classes with their paid gym membership. Judo classes require separate pricing.

Class Descriptions
- ZUMBA - Ditch the workout and join the party! Join our energetic instructors in this 50-minute fusion of cardio, hip-hop, salsa and aerobics. Zumba blends hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.
- POWER YOGA - Enhance strength, flexibility, concentration and balance with proper stretching combinations.
- PIYO - Increase strength, flexibility, concentration and balance our energetic instructor in this hour long fusion Pilates and Yoga.
- TONING - Weight training that involves a full body workout.
- MUSCULAR POWER FLEX - Weight training to music that involves a full body workout.
- SPIN - This motivating indoor cycling class is designed to offer a non-impact, high intensity, cardio workout to all participants from beginners to advanced riders. Each class includes music, a warm up, stretching and cool-down.
- JUDO - Strengthens your core muscles and improves your mobility and stability with various martial art movements.
- FEP - MILITARY- Fitness Enhancement Program. If you want to improve your PT score, then come and join us for a good workout with a certified CFL instructor.
- YOGA - uses slow movements, strength and stretching to increase flexibility and balance.
