Clubs

The Triathalon Club

Participants complete a total of 1,000 biking miles, 300 running miles and 100 swimming miles. Miles are logged at the Oasis Fitness Center. Once the participant completes all miles listed, their name and picture go onto the NAS Fallon Triathlon Club Board.

The Running Club

Rewards given after reaching milestones of 50, 150 & 350 miles.

The Cycling Club

Rewards given after completing each mile mark of 50, 300, 400, 500 & 1,000. Call 775-426-2251 for more information.

Winter Weight Control Program

January 15 – April 15. Lose 12 lbs for 2012! T-Shirts and other prizes for participants losing 12 lbs within these three months

Massage Therapy

Prevent injury, aid in healing sore muscles and injury, assist in pre and post event/workout training or treat yourself or a loved one to a relaxing professional massage available at base Fitness Centers.
