Leap Into the New Year with MWR! is a smart phone/mobile internet device scavenger hunt using MWR facilities as the game board. Just download the free SCVNGR app, find your Leap Into the New Year with MWR! trek, and start playing. At each trek location, you’ll complete a challenge through your mobile device to earn points toward trek Rewards and a chance to win the grand prize.
Grand Prize!
All MWR-eligible patrons, ages 18 and older, who earn a "Leap Into the New Year with MWR!" trek badge are entered into a drawing to win an iPad2 or Galaxy tablet (Wi-Fi model). There are several badges to earn and players get a grand prize drawing entry for each one, so the more MWR facilities you visit and play, the more chances you have to win. Plus, Single Sailors who register with the local Liberty Center are entered into a second drawing for one of an additional five tablets! Ready... set... trek!
