Peak Physique – NAB Gym
Group Exercise Class Description

SPIN: This motivating indoor cycling class is designed to offer a non-impact, high intensity, cardio workout to all participants, from beginners to advanced riders. Each class includes music, a warm up, stretching and a cool-down. A towel and water are a necessity. Beginner spinners please arrive 15 minutes early for bike set-up.

PILATES: A mind and body anaerobic exercise with concentration on smooth movements and proper body alignment. The focus of the exercise is to develop a strong core while developing increased flexibility, range of motion and stress awareness. You will learn basic, intermediate and advanced moves on this all-mat class.

BOOT CAMP: Take your workout to the next level by gaining functional strength and cardiovascular fitness in this overall body conditioning class. Be ready to jump, run, push-up and crunch your way to health. This class offers the most efficient, effective training for complete fitness, especially designed to challenge everyone, regardless of fitness level. Class format will vary, so come prepared to work inside or outside.

MIND TRAINING/MEDITATION: Calm your day; meditation is the complementary practice to mindfulness. Improve your mental strength and increase your focus. No physical exercise or stretching involved.

BODY SWEPT: A periodized training program to help improve muscular strength, function, shape and definition. This class uses platforms (steps), free weights and body bars offering a full body lift. The choreographed program runs on a three-month cycle of endurance, strength and power. Anyone can join and participate at any phase of the cycle.

February: Strength – heavier weights and fewer repetitions
March: Power – follows strength but adds in plyometrics
April: Endurance – lighter weights and more repetitions
